If that's a garage door in the first one the piece is either huge or the camera perspective make it look like it was 8ft wide Good work there.

Oh! I like that! Especially the way you have them attached so you can change out when needed.

I agree, the cobblestone work looks great! Is that drawn on foam core with an ink pen or some other technique?

Love the pink marble effect.........how is it done? Not sure how I missed your post. I did the pink marble by getting the whole foam board wet then mixing the paint with a gloss medium to thin the color out. I used pink, white and grey then just kept blending it with the gloss until I thought it looked sort of natural. The gold egg thing is a rock that was in my rubble pile. I was experimenting with the gold paint. I wanted to make the gold so large that the players wouldn't be able to carry it off. I painted an ant from my bug tube gold as well. Then I noticed how much the gold rock looked like the ant's abdomen. So now I am thinking of grabbing a second ant, cutting it up and making a neat little pile of golden ant bits. Then when my greedy lil players go rushing in to stuff their bags the magic ant is reanimated for a surprise. For the floor it is just foam board with the stones drawn on with a dull pencil. I saw TerranScapes doing this on a stone bridge and promptly stole his technique, LOL.

very cool with the torches being able to be changed out. I always love those little extra touches that change something from very cool to freaking awesome
