Hello fellow DM´s, let me introduce myself. My friends call me Jocke (Not Joke, no... ), 32y. and I´m from good old germany (In this way please excuse my english). Since i was 12 years old i am addictet to RPGs and Wargaming, startet with "The Dark Eye" (One of the most populare german pen & paper systems, called DSA or "Das schwarze Auge") and Warhammer 40k/Fantasy. Now I´m 32, playing LRPs since 17 years and can´t stop. Me and my friends would like to start a Pathfinder campaign, and for the first time ever we will use miniatures and dungeon tiles (This kind of gaming is not usual in germany, pure storytelling is the way we play normally). So, I´m the DM and now it is my turn. Thanks to DMG and DM Scotty I startet to build my own tiles and my friends love them... So, I will lurke around for a wile and hope to get more input... So long Jocke (Please excuse my english ^^)

Welcome!
I miss Germany. Lived there up until 2nd grade, so many of my earliest memories are from there.

Im from germany, too. Started with DSA, too. Later we played Midgard. We played often with miniatures, even at our DSA-times. We haved used the box "Werkzeuge des Meisters", and there was a Grid and paper miniatures inside and little stands for the miniatures inside - and this was around 1985.
Today I went mostly with Savage worlds-before yearslong GURPS.

You do great, there is just two little mistakes in your sentence, but even the german do that wrong ("bisschen" with two "s" instead of one and "ein" instead of "eine" ) Where from the Netherlands are you from? I have a friend from Noord-Brabant, but I don´t speak Dutch
