Thanks for the links. Especially the eyball tutorial is absolutely awesome!
I can't believe we don't already have such a thread (but I can't remember any), so I suggest we all use this thread for collecting useful links here.

Happy to help Tauster. If anyone posts links I'll update to the first post so we can have a comprehensive list of sites.

Terrainaholic MIniature wargaming terrain creator that has a lot of useful tips on crafting terrain for gaming. He has great tutorials about crafting with styrofoam and various other materials and a ton of tips on converting Dollar store/thrift store/yard sale finds and everyday objects into gaming gold. www.youtube.com/user/terrainaholic Cheap Fantasy Minis A fantastic blog that has given me so many ideas and taught me to scan the toy isles for cheap miniatures. Gives a lot of great ideas about alternative miniatures you can use for gaming. He includes a scale showing the size of all the minis he talks about which I find extremely useful for determing if I should buy a mini or not for the D&D scale my group uses. cheapfantasyminis.blogspot.com/1/72nd Multiverse Great blog dedicated to 1/72nd scale miniature gaming. Similar to Cheap Fantasy Minis in that it gives a lot of advice on miniatures. 72-multiverse.blogspot.com/Ben's RPG Pile Very good site with occasional crafting articles. bensrpgpile.com/The Daily Bestiary Fantastic Idea generator for monster encounters. The blog starts with the letter A in the Pathfinder Bestiary and is heading all the way through the alphabet posting a monster a day. It started back in 2011 and is now up to the letter W. It usually presents a monster, gives a brief description of the monster and 3 encounter ideas for the monster. While it uses the Pathfinder Bestiary its compatible with all editions of the game. dailybestiary.blogspot.com/

Fantasy Mapmaking Tutorial (1 of 5) by Jessica Khoury
I already posted this but figure if this thread is made sticky (keep some good links all in one place) it would fit in there. Not really for crafting but good for the other aspect of RPGing. Simple & basic way to lay out a dungeon is to use the borders on an Excel (or other spreadsheet) applications. Can also be used for drawing out city blocks.

No problem BrainBot would be nice to have a sticky threat but now sure how the system at proboards is set up. I've got another one that might be of use for folks into sci fi. Not totally game related but it has a mix of gaming, writing, and general sci fi themes that might come in hand when you're looking for somethign new in your campaign. Sci Fi Ideas
There is an RPG section, section on world and alien profiles. EDIT: also would have to say look up "Digging For The Truth" on youtube or via Netflix. I know it's an archaeology show but can be a good source of info for background settings and some flare to make your setting pop a bit.

Hi, I am new to the forum, but I have found some interesting stuff at Play Therapy Supply and Play Sand Therapy, and cogs and gears at Horde O' Bits.
