I totally forgot to put up some pictures of my work in progress small earth elementals - so here they are. Same basic method as the big guy. Just quite a bit smaller (though still quite large for models on 25mm bases - but I think it fits the idea of earth elementals). And textured with small rocks. And painted black. I need to add some layers of grey and brown, rhinestones for eyes and some lichen :-)

Actually made some progress on the "little" earth elementals. Now they have their eyes and a bit more color. Maybe just one or two colors more before putting on moss and lichen.

Not sure if it's the paint or the camera blurring colors, but from the pics, it looks like you could use a bit of a lighter drybrush over them.
They do look very good though

I think it's the picture - they are quite light i person. But I'll consider the advice and give them another look to see if they need a little bit more light. They do look very good though Thanks :-) Let's see if I can find time this weekend for staging a big group shot. Now that I've got all my planned Elementals done :-)
