How do you enter it into the Arduino? Using the Integrated Development Environment (IDE), you edit the source text file, compile it and then transfer the compiled program to the Arduino using a USB cable. Then Arduino then resets and automatically starts running your program.

I assume I need to attach the aduno to that Lol When I bought it I was thinking it was easy to do. I am okay with wires but connecting them to the Arduino has been a pain all I get out of it right now is a one beep steady pulse and that is on the arduino itself PS What is a "source text file"? Compile? Oi vey I am a total techy nerd

Well it uses the C Programming Language. You make a "source file" .. essentially a high level program that creates all the machine language for you. When you "compile" a program, you are converting that text you write into machine code. There are actually many college courses on various aspects of programming, design, computer architecture, assembly language progrmaming, etc.. I suggest you watch a video on an introduction to C Language Programming -- perhaps with many Arduino based examples. Or just watch the Arduino 101 videos on youtube and they will teach you C language programming here and there. Basically in a high level programming language you have variables, constants, function calls, loops, conditionals etc.. Btw, when you connect the circuitry double check to make sure that the power and ground wires aren't crossed at all because you can fry stuff that way. I am sure you already knwo this Also make sure the power supply you are using is strong enough to support the load (in circuitry) you are putting on it. For the basic stuff / example programs, the arduino board itself is powerful enough through USB power to supply everything you need.

Hey Mike, I love those dogs you used in your first warbands back on the first page. Where are they from? I like them too and need some dogs!

programming seems hard to do because of all the gibberish it looks like, but in the end its only a question of structures, once you know that, the gibberish is as easily read as a text book.
i hate C though, it has the worst structure when it comes to formatting the text in the right way.
i mean come on... who even writes paranthesis like this...
hell { some text }
and why would someone need to put semi colon at the end just to tell the program its a line... seriously thats why i hated my C and pascal sessions back in school.
basic is much simpler and can do everything the same way.

I believe the hounds you are speaking of were from a mini set celtic warriors O forget what company but I remember the word "celt". Comes with three dogs and a dude with an axe

Yes I use the Son of Feanor's wood gouging tool idea alot! You will find most of us borrow tricks of the trade from one another. I have been thinking on just such a video. I will be not doing many becuz I have a game convention to run in May in Portland Maine so Huzzah! Thats the name of the Con comes first. I have a 4x8 foot board to fill so until then every moment is on making up stuff for that. Yet If I can think of it maybe I will do a series of short videos. Cant hurt. Actually you have inspired me to try and do just that!

I bought the Lich lord book. There are, like in the basic book, some short story snippets. One mention a Greenhouse filled with flowers and plant. When looking at your observatorium I ask myself if it possible to build a (openable/playable) greeenhouse, including some flesheating plants. I imagine an sort of area attack that attack any miniature in one of the walkway's between the plant. I even thinked about a nifty table roll a d6, 1-4 means a +0 attack against one of the walkways edge, 5-6 meansa +8 attack against the middle area. place some special treasure token in the middle. Maybe a root that work similiar to a orb of power(5) that work only for witch spells.
I didnt think I will have time (and talent) to really do this, but I like to write it down for others. :-)

Yes I use the Son of Feanor's wood gouging tool idea alot! Who is Son of Feanor ? Curufin? Indeed! The fifth son of a noble house of creators! (Its from a book by JRR Tolkien called the Silmarillion. Feanor made the greatest of the creations of the world! The Jewels called the Silmarils!)Also an inside reference to Curufin.

I tend to look at this issue simply cuz frankly there is no real way of making anything other than that. Make the house then put in the plants and let them eat everything that they can! LOLOLOL

BTW YOU DO HAVE THE TALENT! It is only thru not attempting that you don't! We are after all creators so let us make the unreal real or at the very least try!You have given me an idea! I will do one just for shite and laughs! We shall see then okay?

A warband discovered an area in the city that has shown less snow and ice but yet the things they discovered are strange in themselves! Nice design! One things I can't make sense of... The cigarettes in the top right corner, s there any use for cigarettes in crafting (apart from having a smoke)?
