absolutely amazing you sir have a lot of talent ... thanks sooo much for the share and please keep um coming Thanks for the kind reply, Muze. I'm not sure about the talent, but I do have a lot of practice. I'm delighted you like the stuff. I still have The Witches' Isles of Langerhans, The Shanty Town, & The Graveyard to post; these are all more ore less finished pieces...that is, in the tweaking stage. AND then there are Urban Blight & Rapunzel's Twisted Tower W.I.P. as ongoing threads to start plus quite a few miniatures.

You keep amazing me with your creations! I really like the colourful and surreal style you got going. I would love having you as a DM/GM even though I would probably forget to actually play because I would just keep on staring at your creations ;-) it's mesmerizing!

Your work is absolutely . . .believable. I say that to mean that it is all done at such a level that it just draws people in. I could see your players getting very wrapped up in an adventure.
BTW: You have ruined all your players if they ever try to play with another DM, LOL

Thanks for all the kind comments. That was a SPLENDID morale boosting way to start the day! Alexis: I' delighted you like my creations. They get better as I go along...or at least, I hope so. Funny thing is that when I tried to get my Old AD&D Group interested in terrain, they rejected the idea...it took up space that they felt needed to be dedicated to dips & chips. SO I've been planning on using my pieces for story telling, solo gaming...my RPGing more or less came to an end with the loss of the last of my hearing. voodoo: After just a few visits here I have gotten all sorts of inspiring ideas; ergo, it's only right that I return the favor in my own whimsical/ strange way. That it is actually working out that way is really gratifying... AND I do draw my motivation from all the kind feedback I receive. If any of you happen to be in my neck of the woods, drop by, I'll give you some stuff for your own games; thereby making more room for yet more of my weird creations...there's a method to my madness or the other way around. bloodchoke: That's the idea. I'm glad you got the point of all the stuff; .i.e., it is for the FUN of it all. @dndpaladin: I'm glad I made such a good impression...the enthusiastic reaction is much appreciated. I would love to work the miniatures & terrain into a comic style story. We'll see how this develops. beerfrog: I love your Nom de Forum...you don't look anything like this Guy do you?: ...I didn't think so....mostly. I still hope to see my terrain & minis in active service. Somewhere on Long Island there are several tables worth of my commissioned Mordheim terrain that I understand is being used fairly often. Anyway I'm glad you like it. renel: It isn't a joke until someone laughs. Thanks for that...it made my day!

I know a lot if the comic/game shops have sets of terrain that are available for use when they just games. A local ship near you may be interested in putting some if your stuff into their shelves of goodies. As far as your hearing goes, I am truly sorry to hear that. There are a huge number of ways you could get involved. There are some fantastic apps even that would allow you to communicate at a table. Especially when you are the one with those fantastic terrain

There are a huge number of ways you could get involved. There are some fantastic apps even that would allow you to communicate at a table. Especially when you are the one with those fantastic terrain When I was on Long Island my then local gaming shop, Monkey Head/Brothers Grimm, had several tables worth of my terrain along with a War Machine board & the Mordheim boards I made for Owner Mack's private gaming group. Here in Texas the nearest gaming shop is Dragon's Lair some 65 miles one way; they weren't interested in seeing my stuff...they are more of a comic book store. The modeling shop (King's Hobby) & the historical Folk (Great Hall of Games) went nuts over the pieces. One thing I found with Monkey Head is that table top war gamers, as opposed to RPGers, are a ham fisted lot that will soon give terrain a war torn look. There are a lot worse things than not being able to hear. I had quite a few years to adjust to the hearing loss. AND I did get to hear my children sing.

Wargamers are a fumbling brand of goof, to be sure. I say that knowing I have knocked a terrain piece while trying to get that last squad into a firing position myself. On the other hand, many RPGers are easier on the terrain mostly because they don't want to reach over and move their own figures. "Yeah Bob, just move me up to the guy with the club, will you?"

Mishka, that entirely depends on the poeple, not the terrain or the type of players... my players for one try a lot not to disturb stuff, but since my stuff do not have too much weight they do mess it up. and one of my player, heck he doesn'T even care for the stuff. he just mess it up move his character make walls fall, makes rooms when there is none by moving around stuff.
so i'd definitely say its all in the player and not int he kind of player.

The clumsy ones can be forgiven, but I would like to have a word with the one who carved his initials in the War Machine board.

stroezie: Thanks for the reply. I'm glad you like the stuff. Contributing to spreading the craft to another generation is a privilege...I hope your Girls enjoy it all. muadmouse: Being a Carnivorous Horror doesn't mean you have to be nasty about it...mostly. I'm delighted you are enjoying the stuff.
