This is a puzzle I made for a campaign my group never played.
First the players must deal with a group of goblins in the room who are also trying to solve the puzzle.
Some goblins will be pushing statues but getting no results. And others will be examining the pedestal.
Once they are dealt with, the players can get to the puzzle.
It takes place in a large room with two platforms on one side, separated by a large stone door.
Between the two platforms is an old wooden door with a hole in it that allows small creatures to slip through.
The wooden door is locked, but a player can crawl through the hole or break it down easily.
On the other side there is a section of floor with four statues on it. The floor looks extremely worn there.
One of the statues resembles a sun, another resembles a crescent moon, another resembles a star, and the last resembles a raven.
The statues can be pushed with a small amount of force.
In the center of the room, there is a pedestal with four arrows pointing in different directions.
When examined more closely: the players will find a pressure plate at both ends of the floor section.
When examined more closely: the players will see that one of the arrows is red, the red is very worn off and almost unnoticeable.
When examined more closely: the players find a riddle on the stone door:
With Pelor gone home to lay,
Sehanine comes out to play.
You may or may not be able to see the red arrow, but it is the one pointing right.

{--Solution--}The red arrow marks north (right). The statues represent Pelor, Sehanine, Corellon, and the Raven Queen, respectively. The players must push the sun statue to the western pressure plate (up) and the moon statue to the eastern pressure plate (down). Then the door opens.
Note: I used the 4e default pantheon for this puzzle, so I used Pelor and Sehanine, but so long as you choose a deity of the sun and a deity of the moon it doesn't really matter.
The other two don't matter as much, I just chose Corellon and the Raven Queen because they were the other two seasonal deities in 4e.
